Delivery Timeframes:

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders (Australia only).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.

Local Delivery & Pickup (Victoria Only)

  • Local Delivery: Available within metropolitan Melbourne. Delivery fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available.

Delays & Exceptions

Lost or Damaged Parcels
